Morgenzon Villa’s
Morgenzon Villas is situated in Riversdale an area within the Meyerton district.
Riversdale has a farming feeling to the area and the complex is very well situated within 500 meters of the primary school and has a relaxed en modern feel to it. Building commences during 2015 en the last unit was stared in December 2016.
The complex consists of only 11 units with a minimum stand size of 500sqm. All units were sold out within two weeks after commencement of building of the first unit.
