About Us

Bester Properties is owned by Herman Bester. Herman has a completed a B.Proc degree and was involved in the legal field for over 10 years. His experience within the legal field and his understanding of the subdivision processes is imperative with any new development.

Bester Properties is proud to be associated with LJ Construction and LJ Construction is our main building contractor. LJ Construction is owned by Lawrance Grainger and he plays a critical role with the construction of all units.
