Bester Properties is a development company specializing in subdivision of vacant land and building of secure housing estates.

We specialize in building 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with double garage. Units starting from R 1 050k. Each unit is complimented with an “earth tone” color and tile theme. Separate scullery, outside braai and modern finishing throughout the units and the main bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. The houses are 140sqm with an additional 8 sqm braai patio with a combined coverage of 148sqm. All units are built on full title stands and our aim is to keep levies below R 150 p.m. Our estates are designed in such a way that we do not want to burden owners with exorbitant levies whilst not compromising on security. We endeavor to create safe and secure living homes. Bester Properties prides itself in superior quality of our workmanship and privacy for our home owners.

We endeavor to limit all our estates to a maximum of 30 units per estate for privacy of our home owners and comfortable living spaces for each of the units.
